We had an excellent experience. Charles handled our refinance for our home in Florida. The entire process from beginning to end was handled professionally and timely. He was 100% available to answer all questions and explain the process as we went along. The refinance started a few weeks prior to the Coronavirus pandemic in the states and while the world had to start adapting to work from home, Charles continued to stay in contact and followed with everything until we closed.
