Charles Shulman has been originating residential mortgages since 1991. In 1998, Charles joined NJ Lenders Corp and became a partner in 2000. During his career, he has funded over $2 billion in residential loans. Charles has been recognized by Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the "Top 200 Loan Originators" in America from 2000 – 2016 and remains among the 1% of mortgage originators nationwide. Charles has the expertise and knowledge to help you determine the absolute best loan program to meet your financial objectives.
